Upgrading Residential Flats: Ash Technical Services

Following our previous work together in Gillingham, Eastway Estates has appointed Ash Technical Services again to deliver the redevelopment of six existing residential flats.

The project will comprehensively refurbish and upgrade the existing accommodation, creating six modern residential units and bringing the properties up to a high standard for their next phase of use.

The appointment continues our relationship with Eastway Estates and Prideview Group, building on the successful delivery of previous works within their Gillingham property portfolio. Working alongside PLC Architects, Ash Technical Services will manage and coordinate the redevelopment from construction through to completion.
