Ash Technical Services was founded in 2004 with a clear focus: delivering reliable mechanical and electrical services to schools and public sector buildings. From those early roots, we developed long-term planned preventative maintenance contracts, supporting education providers in keeping their buildings compliant, efficient, and operational.

As our understanding of school estates deepened, so did our capability. Routine maintenance evolved into refurbishment works, internal upgrades, and eventually full construction and fit-out solutions. Today, we operate as a turnkey contractor for the education sector, offering a comprehensive range of services from M&E and compliance to full-scale building improvements - all delivered safely, professionally, and with minimal disruption to learning.
 

While our foundation is built on maintaining and improving what’s already there, our focus is firmly on the future. We work closely with school leaders, MATs, and estates teams to deliver projects that support long-term performance, energy efficiency, and wellbeing. But above all, we’re committed to improving facilities for staff and students - creating better spaces to learn, teach, and thrive.
