EXPERTS IN COMPLEX EDUCATIONAL REFURBISHMENTS

Ash Technical Services has designed, installed and commissioned numerous educational refurbishment projects.

Having experienced, skilled, and efficient staff has enabled us to explore and undertake alternative construction projects, such as major refurbishment works.

The most recent project undertaken involved a five-storey college building that required a complete change of use from teaching classrooms to specialist trades workshops for students to study electrical installations, plumbing, and carpentry.

Our team completed the project within the 12-week designated timeframe, starting with the internal strip-out, reconfiguration of internal walls, and relocation of utilities and services. The internal fit-out, including partition walls, lighting, heating, power, plastering and all associated fixtures and fittings, followed this.

The majority of the refurbishment work we have undertaken to date has been within schools and colleges, where Health & Safety needs careful planning before the commencement of any works.

The associated health and safety requirements of these projects have enabled both our management and staff to recognise and understand the correct procedures necessary to ensure their own safety and that of others.
