THE CLIENT
College Park School is a specialist educational setting in St Johns Wood that supports children and young people with a range of complex learning needs. The school provides a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment, with specialist facilities designed to promote independence, wellbeing and educational achievement.

Delivering refurbishment works within an occupied school environment requires detailed planning long before work begins on site. With only a six-week programme available, sequencing, logistics and coordination between trades are critical to achieving a successful outcome.
The works comprise internal refurbishment across teaching areas, including alterations to existing layouts, replacement finishes, ceiling works, decorations and associated joinery improvements. Mechanical and electrical installations will be adapted where required to suit the refurbished spaces, with upgrades to lighting and associated building services completed as part of the programme. The project also includes final testing, commissioning and thorough quality inspections to ensure every area is handed back ready for immediate use.Throughout the project, our team will maintain a strong focus on health and safety, safeguarding and programme management, ensuring all works are completed efficiently and to a high standard within the restricted summer holiday period.
